Other ServicesAppoint CorpCo as Your Registered AgentEvery state requires a Registered Agent and/or Registered Office be designated for a corporation or LLC. The agent's duties include receiving service of process and, in many states, receiving annual notices for reporting. The Registered Agent may also be referred to as an Agent or a Resident Agent. CorpCo provides this service in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. International Client OrdersClients located outside the United States can get the services they need by ordering via our International Client Order Form. This form includes services for legalization by apostille, notarization, and overseas courier shipment. Foreign Corporation/LLC RegistrationWhen a corporation or LLC transacts business in a state other than the one in which the business was incorporated, it may be required to file a formal registration in that state. Clients should contact the Secretary of State’s office in each state in which they are considering conducting business to see if their corporation will be required to make this filing. If it is determined that you are required to register your business, CorpCo can handle the process for you in any of the 50 states or Washington, DC. Delaware Corporation/LLC RenewalYou can have CorpCo file your Delaware annual report on behalf of your corporation or LLC, and pay your registered agent service at the same time. Registered Agent RenewalRenew your annual registered agent service online, quickly and easily! Shelf CompanyShelf Corporations are companies that have been incorporated previously and have not conducted any business. CorpCo provides Delaware Shelf Corporations and Shelf Limited Liability Companies for purchase. Please contact our office for a current list of available company names, dates of incorporation filing and costs. Certified Copy and/or Good Standing (Certificate of Existence)CorpCo can obtain certified copies of any documents on file and/or Good Standing Certificates (or Certificate of Existence) from all 50 states and from the District of Columbia. If an apostille, authentication, or Embassy legalization is required, we can help with that too. Corporate KitsThese are record keeping binders and tools used to maintain a company's official documents and records. The personalized kit includes a hand press metal seal, CD disk with minutes and bylaws (or operating agreements for LLCs), stock certificates (or membership certificates for LLCs) and a ledger for recording sale or transfer of stock/membership certificates. Federal Tax Id Number (EIN)New corporations/LLCs may require a Federal Tax Id Number (EIN) to open a bank account or to file taxes. CorpCo provides services to obtain the tax ID on your behalf. The processing time is normally 24 hours-48 hours from receipt of your completed application for the number to be assigned.
Name AvailabilityName availability is normally checked prior to filing corporate documents for you, however, if you'd like to check before submitting your incorporation/company formation request, CorpCo will be happy to check it once without any additional service fee. We provide this service in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Name ReservationIn addition to checking the name for availability, some clients may wish to reserve their corporate name prior to filing their paperwork. CorpCo can provide reservation services in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. NOTE: Name reservation MAY cause a delay in the filing of the corporate documents and result in a longer processing time. Please contact us for further information.
Fictitious / DBA RegistrationsCorpCo can assist Corporations who wish to file fictitious names or DBA (“doing business as”) filings in the state(s) where they are conducting business. ApostilleClients located outside of the United States may be required to provide an Apostile attached to their corporate documents, as legal proof of the filing in their country. We can obtain an Apostile for use in all countries which are recognized under the "Hague Convention". Prices vary depending on the State of Incorporation. Foreign Embassy AuthenticationsWe can provide the service of authenticating a corporate document through the Foreign Embassies in Washington, D.C. Costs vary, please contact our office for a specific quote and time frame for processing. Notarization ServicesCorpCo can provide a State of Delaware licensed Notary Public for notarization services for certifications of legal documents. Express ServiceWith EXPRESS Service your documents will be given priority filing when received in our office! We will use overnight courier delivery to and from the State office during the filing process, as well as overnight the filed documents back to you when they are received in our office. This added service can cut the normal incorporation turn-around time in half. Mail ForwardingAs your registered agent, CorpCo will automatically receive and forward any official mail (State, Certified, IRS, Service of Process) on to your business address. Our Mail Forwarding service allows you to also use our Delaware address, for your standard business mail. The standard (weekly) service fee allows for up to 52 pieces of mail (3 ounces or less per week) to be forwarded to you. We also offer a monthly service which allows for up to 12 pieces of mail (3 ounces or less per month) to be forwarded to you. If you have special mail forwarding service needs, please contact our office for a specific quote. Fax ForwardingOur Fax Forwarding service allows you to also use our Delaware fax number, to receive fax correspondence on behalf of your company. The service allows for up to 5 faxes per week and these faxes will be forwarded on to you via scanned email or fax, whichever you prefer. A discount is offered if this service is purchased in conjunction with our Mail Forwarding service. |
